How long does delivery take?
Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. However, in some cases, delivery may take 1-4 weeks. If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us by email at support@bkkkb.com or send us a message here. We'll get back to you within 1 business day.

Can I ship products internationally?
BKKKB ships products worldwide every day. We can ship to most countries in the world.

How safe is my personal information?
BKKKB adheres to the highest industry standards and protects your personal information with the best security solutions. Credit card and personal information is encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Socket Layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet to safely process payments.

Can I change my order?
We process orders very quickly to get to you as soon as possible. You can make changes to your order before you click "Complete Order", but after that you may not be able to make any changes. However, please email us at support@bkkkb.com as soon as possible to see if we can change your order.

Can I cancel my order?
If you have placed your order within 24 hours, please send us an email at support@bkkkb.com. We will then cancel your order and give you a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order after 24 hours as our warehouse has already processed your order.

I typed the wrong address!
If you misspelled your address or entered it automatically, please email support@bkkkb.com as soon as possible and let us know the new address.

What happens if my package is delayed?

On very rare occasions, delivery may take longer than the standard delivery times listed above. Most delays are caused by customs, which unfortunately are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding if this occurs.

Will my items fit together?
We strive to ship complete orders only. However, in individual cases, your order may be split into multiple packages. This is mainly due to different supply depot locations. In this case, you will receive more than one tracking number. Don't panic if you don't receive all your items at once. You will receive them soon. :) :)

Do I have to pay customs fees?
In most cases, there are no customs fees. In rare cases, fees and/or taxes may be charged when your order clears customs. The charges for the package must be paid by the person receiving the package (this applies to retail and wholesale customers too). Unfortunately, BKKKB has no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what they will cost as customs regulations and import taxes vary widely from country to country.

Can I return an item?
If you would like to return an item, please send an email to support@bkkkb.com to initiate a return. Our refund policy is valid for 30 days, so please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to let us know if you would like to return it. In that case, we will provide a full refund, so you can shop with peace of mind.

My item arrived damaged!

We ship all items with extra padding. Still, our customers report that roughly 1 in 1,000 products arrive damaged due to mishandling by the postal service.

- Your order number.

- A picture of the damaged item.

Once we receive it, we will send you another copy free of charge.
